floor fix

Hi all,

I decided to replace soft floor in my Bayliner Capri 1985 19ft.
I removed carpet, seat but cannot find how to remove seat pedestal.
I?m not sure how it attached to the floor?
Please help

it's fiberglassed in. take a grinder and cut the joint.

Will I be able to put same structure back? How do I attached it? Should I use epoxy for this?
