Flooring question

Should water be able to get down into the hull where the stingers are? Or are we suppose to seal the floor down but applying fiberglass along the sides.

So lets say I do completely seal the floor, what would we have to do if water somehow to get inside the hull, how would we remove the water?

tilt the bow high, pull the stern plug. bilge pump. yes seal the sides of the DECK.
