I need some advice. My pontoons are leaking again. I have tried to get a local foam guy out to fill them but he says he is to busy. I bought some foam from west marine but by the time I got done mixing it I had foam everywhere but in the Pontoon. I just saw this thing on ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=180261210665&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=008

Is it a real deal or a scam? If it's real, I don't mind spending the money, I also have some 55 Gal drums and wouldn't mind trying a floating dock. I figure someone here may have knowledge or used one. I don't mind spending but hate to be scammed.

Thanks,
Ted

Re: Flotation

Looks to me to be the general professional spray gun used in commercial insulating businesses. I dont know exactly what the difference is between "his" foam and other 2 part urethane foams but I'd rather figure our a cheaper way to get the foam where it needs to go versus spend that much dough on a gun. Of course, you could always start a side business insulating new homes or building floating dock or molds or something else cool...
