I have a 14' aluminum vhull and was wondering if i could filled the aluminum bench seats full of expanding foam for flotation and sound and vibration. Any thoughts. Thanks. The seats have many vent holes for foam to escape under pressure, so i dont think it will do any structure problems.

Welcome to Iboats.
As long as you can contain the foam you shouldn't have any problems, Foam when you first start pouring has a very low viscosity, it will run out of holes in the bottom. As long as you can keep it from running out the bottom, and don't overfill it and allow it to flow out the top it won't due any structure damage. Foam will take the path of least resistence even when rising.
Hope this helps
