Flush Master

[Old Fish]

I have these canisters look like some sort of filter attached to each motor with lines ruining to the water cooling system on each motor. I assume they are for flushing out the seawater. Anybody have them on there motors? How do they work? And or what are they for. Only writing on canister is Flushmaster.
