I guess you could purchase the gear oil fill pump from your local dealer and force a mixture of varsol and gear oil through the vent plug which would purge debree out the fill plug on the bottom. . .Being sure ofcourse to drain thoroughly before final fill. Then again, more frequent oil changes which would prevent the accumulation and would probably be a more practical idea.
