Hi there I have a magnet that is cracked in half on my 95 merc. sport jet 120hp motor (serial number 0e098761). Is there a way to replace the magnet only or do I have to replace the whole flywheel? also are the magnets suppose to be attached? they are loose on my wheel and the only thing holding them in place is the magnetic force. Lastly if I buy another flywheel can I take a magnet of that and put it on my wheel OR are the magnets somehow calibrated to work as a set/polarity/weight/etc. Thanks!

Look for a used flywheel on E-bay-------Look for one from a sport jet or a 120 Force motor.---It is / was marketed by Mercury but is not what I would call a genuine Merc motor.
