flywheel magnets

I just found that my flywheel magnet have come unglued. Do this magnets lose there strenth. If they do how would I know. Also I have to replace the stator do you guy recommend oem or aftermarket like cdi or repair. Thanks

Thought I remembered this subject - read here:Magnet test<br /><br />BTW, Don't think CDI qualifies as "aftermarket".
