Flywheel Stuck

Hi,<br /><br />Went to start my 115HP 1979 Blueband today and the flywheel is stuck hard. Only started it around 3 weeks ago on the ears muffs - all ok.<br /><br />Anyhow, pulled all of the spark plugs out and still can't turn the flywheel by hand.<br /><br />Any thoughts/ideas appreciated....

You are going to have to find out if the problem is in the powerhead or the lower unit. Drop the lower unit and see if you can turn the flywheel.
