Flywheel year large crank taper

I have a 86 Yamaha 115 that had a bad powerhead . Got a powerhead off the internet , they said it was a 90's 130 but would fit . I had to change the upper bearing housing to get my stator to fit , everything else fit good except the flywheel . The crank taper is larger and the hole in the flywheel is too small.I don't have a model # only a serial # so I don't know the year .What year did Yamaha change the crank taper to a larger size ? I need a flywheel but don't what year to get .

They changed to the larger taper crankshaft in the 1990 model year. 1990-1996 model flywheels should fit.
