Flywheel ?

Hi all just changed stator and trigger week ago, took boat out today and it started making a rattling noise, shut her down popped open the crowl and i could turn the flyweel nut by hand, i torked it to 90 lbs when i put it back on?, troll motor back to dock, got her home retorked it ran it on the hose did it again, what am i doing wrong? Maybe did not do it right, should i use lock tight, also i did not need to use the wheel puller to take it off 2nd time.

is the key still in the drive shaft ?

What we working on??
Does the nut still have the nylon insert still on the top of the nut?
If it's been removed a bunch of times it might work loose??

1989 125 force, i think the nut is missing the nylon insert,
