Foam cored stringers

on my 22' reinell (maybe a 1975) i plan on putting all new foam in and glassing over.my question is would
plastic polly overtop of a mould stop the foam from adhearing to the mold?

From what I have read from guys who use foam on this forum is that foam sticks to everything. It sticks very well. To everything. Nothing is resistant. It adheres. Tenaciously. Vigorously. With obstinate determination. Unrelenting in its grasp. Like a death grip. Unyielding. Refusing to give way. Incapable of being detached. An enduring bond. An everlasting cling to all surfaces.

I think that covers it.

Two pieces of poly sheet ..... one is absolutely going to stay with the foam. .... them you can peel the second off. Remember the exspansion of the foam.... take it slow.
