I have an aluminum bass boat with a rotted transom. It's basically two pieces of 3\4 inch marine plywood glued togather. That'll last about 3 years here in florida. I've heard about a product called (excuse my spelling) flegasil or plegasil? It looks and works like foam, but once you have the shape you need there is a resin to apply that the foam sucks up then hardens just like fiberglass. Any ideas on this or anything else but plywood?
