How long does it take for the 2-cycle mixture in the fuel sep filter to reach the cylinders. I put it in and ran the engine for about 5 minutes until 6 gallons of antifreeze ran through the engine and it never sputtered or smoked.

and it never sputtered or smoked.

Mixed with Gas,..... It probably would Never Sputter,+ Smoke......

It'll only do that when you dump pure Oil down the intake........

You should be Fine.......

DO NOT dump fogging oil down the intake of an MPI engine. All the pockets and cavities in some (most) of the manifolds will not allow the fogging oil to get to the engine. Then it damages sensors and injectors that it sits on for months.
I think there was a bulletin that stated running for 10 to 15 minutes. But if you want to run antifreeze, run the engine first on the fogging mixture in the fuel system, then when it's done, do the AF.

It all done now. I changed oil/filters etc and then put the mixture in the filter and ran antifreeze through engine 5-7 minutes or so. I also pulled plugs and sprayed WD40 in cylinders.

The WD40 helped you, not your cylinders.
