remove the airbox and spray directly down the throttle bores.
DO NOT use any silicone or silicone containg sprays under that hood.
there is a lot more to do with that EFI for winterizing, I would hate to see a post come spring about the cost of the high pressure fuel pump.
or water in the engine oil tank cause it did not get drained.
most outboards really dont care about temps as long as all the water drains are clear, what we worry about is rust/corrosion on the shiney parts and degradation of the fuel and electrical systems.
