fogging oil stain

I have come to the conclusion that the yellow stain on my swim platform came from fogging oil I tried magic eraser and no luck, it seems to be there for good(hope not) and I know I will look at it EVERY time I get on the boat next year. Not good. I had to let the marina shrink wrap it til spring but would sleep better this winter if I know someone else delt with this and was able to get it out?? Anyone??

try dawn dish soap , they clean oil covered birds with it
i would just put some on the stain and let it set awhile
