foot removal

any suggestions on how to get a merc 135 foot off without damaging it? have all nuts removed and will not come loose from front end. Have tried to pry a little but don't want to damage it. the front bolt that comes up through the front is pretty rusted and I have sprayed PB in hopes that it may loosen it but no luck?????????
