Force 125 HP 1984 with Black and Blue CDIs is there and issue?

Have a Force 125 HP 1984 with 1 Black and 1 Blue CDI is this a problem? Once read you should use all Black or all Blue CDI units. Blue CDI has Blue coils and Black CDI has Black coils. I know you can use Blue CDI on Older Force motors but if mixing is an issues I have access to a new Blue CDI cheap.

They run with both or either one.If it's cheap BUY it for a back up.J
