I really don't know the answer but when I was shoping for a used lower unit it really helped to look at <br /><br /> http://www.mercruiserparts.com/SelectProductLine.asp <br /><br />They have some great schematics with part number by year and model so you can compare part numbers from different years to see if they are the same.<br /><br />Good Luck!<br />Jeff
