Hey all. Well my boat has been great this year untill recently. The past few days I cant start it. The battery is fully charged. The starter is 1yr old. Starter solenoid is about 6mo old. The problem is when I turn the key it just clicks. The starter barely turns. Im getting over 12v before and after solenoid. Its a single click i think from the solenoid which is what its suppose to do if im not mistaken. Any help will be great thanks.

If you have +12v on the starter stud and the starter barely turns you probably have a bad connection of the ground cable, either to the engine block or at the battery. Could also be a bad cable.

You might have an ignition problem, too, but nothing you tell us suggests that and it has nothing to do with the starter problem.

Measure volts on your battery with a volt meter. If it is below 12.65 a day after you charge it chances are your battery is toast.
