Back in the water for the first time since fall and the engine starts easily and idles fine. At FOT the engine will not rev up but just runs a little faster than idle. I can open the throttle by hand at the carb and it revs up to full rpm, but with the prop engaged I get squat.

Before launch I:

Replaced the plugs
Cleaned the carb
Refilled the lower unit

Any next step suggestions?

Thanks to all!

mtb

If you mean the motor bogs or stumbles as you try to accelorate this usually indicates a dirty carb or poor fuel supply. You might try squeezing the primer bulb if it helps then you may have a fuel pump problem. You could try a little choke if it helps you may have a dirty carb.Usually a rebuild is in order.
