the shifting issue I have is now narrowed down. Controller and all cables/linkage working fine. Pulled the upper shaft covers off and all works as its should but regardless of where I set control ( forward, neutral or reverse ) prop remains engaged in forward. Looking for input on what to expect when I pull lower unit off.
