have a 1988 force 50, mechanical lingage for throttle won't advance in neutral- OK when advancing in gear. lingage lever blocking accerlation lingage but rotates out of the way when gear selection is activated? whats up ??
Howdy, Hipster.<br /><br />Throttle block in neutral is to protect your engine from being over-revved with no load.<br /><br />It is supposed to work that way.<br /><br />Good luck.
