Force dumping fuel out of lower exhaust spout

Hey guys I got a problem my 1987 force 125 hp is dumping fuel out of the lower spout what is wrong.Now this motor runs very well most of the time but sometimes she will load up when I go to load her onto the trailer or stall out alot but this is sometimes not every time Im out.For the most part she runs super sweet.Just the other day I tilted the engine up out of the water because I seen this oil gas mix around the engine so Tilted back down and as I was looking at the water coming back out of the lower spout I could see it dump the fuel into the water so i got her out ASAP .I have the book on this engine but no luck with it.PLEASE HELP

You will get some when the motor is tilted up. If you are experiencing a lot of it in the water and you keep the motor down you might want to clean the recirculation system and decarb the motor. If motor has never been decarbed you may have to do it a couple of times. If neither of these work a weak spark can cause this as well.
