Hi to you all from cold Finland!

Spring starts to feel even in here and soon it´s time to get busy with the boat. I got to know a nice couple from Philadelphia while they were visiting a friend of mine last week. I´m in need of the hydraulic unit for trim and now I´m asking you is there some place in Philadelphia that sells force parts?

The shipping to Finland is very difficult or impossible via webshops and stores. My new friends would be able to ship the parts I need (I hope) and I´m sure the parts are easier to get fron US than from Finland.

Thanks in advance,

-Jaba-

Welcome back Jaba.

Some of the parts may be available from a Mercury dealer. Other parts will have to be obtained from aftermarket sources.

What specific parts do you need?
Year, model, hp, of your motor is required.

Perhaps we can locate a supplier for you.

Are these parts for your 1992 120hp motor?
3 different trim systems were used.

Please identify your trim unit from the pictures below.

Design 1

Hi Roscoe,

So glad that you remember me, thank you for that. The fixing plate in design two looks very familiar. Can´t figure out what is the difference between desing 2 and 3 pumps. I took a pic of it but can´t figure out how to attach it.. Can you give me your e-mail or can you help me with this info? Thank you very much for your help!

-Jaba-

And continues...

Actually the pump itself works ok, but the bottom part of the pump is broken. I mean the part where the hydrulic pipes are attached. The pump unit has 4 pipes. One of the threads has gone bad. Managed fix it last summer but it seems to leak again. So, if it is possible to get just the bottom part, would be very happy to get one.

-Jaba-

Re: Force parts from Philadelphia

Edit: Just read your last post. The replacement unit is only the motor and resevoir. It does not include the base. I don't know of a supplier for the base. Sorry.

*******Information below pertains to motor and resevoir, not the base:

The original part number was 819480A1.

It is no longer available from Mercury, but 2 aftermarket companies are producing a replacement unit.

They are available here in the iboats Mall.
It is shown here, with a picture of the motors that it replaces.

http://www.iboats.com/mall/partfind...gd_poid=112045&gd_row=29&**********=586225537

Happy Boating.

You can mail me to the following address: lirkkeeni@suomi24.fi

Thank you very much, a used part could do the same trick. Tried to find one from Finland but not with the results I hoped for. So back to square one..

-Jaba-

I don't know Realgun, it looks pretty close in the photo.
Tried to check it out on the Arcomarine.com website, but it is dead, maybe it will work tomorrow.

It is a 3 wire motor.
Is yours a 2 wire or 3 wire?
