I am replacing my powerhead on my 1986 Force 125. Does anyone have any tricks of the trade on getting the old one off. I managed to get all the bolts out(with out breaking any) but i can not get the seal broke so that I can remove the powerhead.Any help would be appreciated.

One trick, drop the lower unit first. It's much easier to drop then to lift, drve shaft spline, exaust tube.
Once you have it off, all the bolts out, you should be able to hoist it right off.
And it is heavy!
Good luck. Sounds like a nice Winter project.
