Force prop questions

Hi , I have a 1987 force outboard that I am trying to locate a new prop for, I can not read info on prop, but I beleive that it is a 17 degree,
model # 1254X7A,

online searches ask for sigle or dual port exhaust, I beleive it is a single because of exhuast comes out single fin above prop ?? can anyone confirm this is right ?

any help is apprecaited

The single exhaust will have water intake that is along the lower unit gearcase at the prop shaft line. The dual exhaust has the water pickup higher up, between the gearcase and the planing plate.

However, you can use either style prop. `Just be careful: If you buy a Vortex, the webs inside the prop WILL hit the circular anode held on with two bolts. This anode must be removed for that prop to fit. Later Force engines had a much smaller anode and no removal is necessary.
