I am swiching out the crank raw waterpump to belt driven which moves the alt to the left side. Pulled these parts of a 302. Had to shim behind the crank pulley to comp for the "hearst" style motor mount,plate that bolts between the circ pump and the timing plate.Everything else lines up but the brackets for the alternater seem to be different length and config for the 351.Anybody know of a diagram for front of the motor aq 240a's,glastron,inmar? or where to get the correct alt brackets?
