I can't believe I'm the only one who's thought of posting about Tiger. Maybe it's banned, I'll soon see.
It's too bad a man can screw up a life so much so quickly. His family always seemed to be the centre of his life, but WOW! what a dork.

The first thing I do when reading my on-line newspaper is look for the latest Tiger story. The latest I've read is that Elin is now trying to get as much money out of him as she can, because the marriage is over after she read that he told one of the women that Elin's just a image projection.

If it was your next door neighbor, it woul dnot be front page news. The media and people give to much attention to the personnal lives of famous people. RIght or wrong, it is his business, their problem and I have no intention of seeking out information on it, or stirring up discussion. That is my opinion on the matter...

I was at a dinner party on the weekend where this came up. One of the guys talked about having dinner at a restaurant where Micheal Jordan was there also. My friend said there was a steady stream of beautiful woman coming to the table and handing him notes, whispering in his ear ect....

Tell you what, Tiger has an issue that few of us has to deal with. Women on a regular basis are literally throwing themselves at him. It's easy for us to put down our beer for a second to waggle our fingers, but geez it takes some great integrity to be in your physical prime and resist hot (and some not so hot) women who are eager to do whatever your sick little mind can think of.

As far as "what you've heard".....yiks, won't even go there.

I'm not exactly defending him as I think cheating in my own marriage is the lowest act possible, I just think his situation is hard to empathize with.

I don't put sport figures up on any sort of pedestal, so when they do stupid things it doesn't register one way or another. Just another dude to me. He got caught, so the rest is between him and his wife. He's supposed to be his children's role model, not mine.

The subject is not banned. The media is plastered with this and you can't go through a day at work without hearing something from TNN (Tiger News Network) which lately seems to be everyone, everywhere.

If I voiced my opinion on this one, I might be the next member to be banned.

i think most celebrities, were just plain ole guys with a talent. then the shysters, got in the picture (agents, managers, etc) they have to figure out how to get a cut. they rah, rah them, tell me they are so great, and can do anything they want. well, it finally goes to their heads. I'M # 1 I CAN DO ANYTHING I WANT. WHAT??? did i do something wrong? But, I'M # 1 I CAN DO ANYTHING I WANT.

I just shrug my shoulders about this.

Sports stars, athletes, actors, actress, politicians, astronauts...... regardless of occupation ..... they are all just people.

It all boils down to one thing...... news coverage. It is sad how the news can sensationalize those people and ignore the local problems.

I do not care about those who can manage relationships with money and lawyers. I don't care if millions goes to party A or party B....... I care more about the local families that are torn apart by problems.

I am more local. I worry more for a neighbor w/o money then a person with money.

I am disgusted by the whole lynching party.

I doubt that any young and virile man with money, power and celebrity is not sorely tempted (at least) by the nubile young things that seek to seduce him.

I cannot remember what wise old man said it, but, "I see no sin committed that I might not have indulged in, given the invitation."

It is too easy for the self righteous who never had the invitation to condemn. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

There is no rule that says that the greatest golfer of all time has to be a saint.

What Elin does is up to her and, like the rest of the uproar, is nobody else's business.

I can't imagine this won't affect his game...I hope he gets back on track because he is argueably the best golfer in history and within his lifetime can become inargueably the best golfer in history.

The whole PGA tour is suffering if he doesn't get back on tour.

well ok give him his due he's an awsome golfer... my image of him is shaken as a person , now will he be a good in his next atempt at playing the field or greens , im willing to bet he wont play in the (pub L ic) eye for a long time.

his personal life is his, not the media and network nor mine .
