i have an engine that has 85 psi compression in every cylinder, that will start up fine, after about 30 seconds fouls the plugs, starts to miss, and has zero power. i've tried new fuel. the carburetors are not adjustable, so what could cause the mixture to be so lean, and foul the plugs?<br /><br />Thanks
