found a prop and need some help!

Hi, I came across an old prop and the only thing I know about it is from the stamp on the side of it. It reads Model number: E3BRCEC--Serial Number: B 1928331-- Outboard Marine Corporation-- BELGIUM. Anything you know would be so helpful and appreciated, Thanks again!

Count the splines, measure the diameter and post a few pictures.
