That's alot of boat for a Fountain.

We took a car ride to Marina where I wanted to keep a 50' Motor Yacht for the night. The guy ask me if it was a center console. I thought to myself, is this guy that stupid! Who ever heard of a 50' CC? I walk out to the storage lot....there sat a 50' Fountain CC.

Dunno if ya gotta be older...but you would have to be loaded...and I don't mean money-wise...I would have to be pretty drunk off my arse to not cry when forking over 1.5M lol

DANG!!!!! I could fish off that, I can't imagine the looks I would get cruising down my river in that monster, oh wait, I wouldn't clear any of the bridges at 31' tall and I could only swing an hours worth of fuel for it.

Can you imagine how scary that would be to run that from the upper con in any kind of seas, even if I had that kind of money I don't think I would get one, that is alot of boat, just a years maintenance is more than most of our boats are even worth and that is if nothing actually breaks.

1.5mil and your gana drag some stinkn fish in it.

All that wood on the aft deck would be a nightmare to keep up with.

Maybe a 5.mil boat?

In reality, I prefer a teak deck over non-skid. Blood and guts need to be cleaned up quickly, due to safety issues. That stuff is slippery. I also find that some guests don't wear proper footwear, which results in scuff marks on non-skid. Not so much on wood.

That thing is a BEAST! I have a 31 footer that runs in the mid 50s. It turns heads at the dock and on the water. And surprisingly, it catches a lot of fish. I can't imagine the looks and envy this thing will bring! 1.5m is steap but there are other boats in this class with similar price tags. Cudos to this guy for knowing what he wanted and then making it happen. We all know, if he paid 1.5M for it, he is loaded and the 1.5 is just a drop in the bucket. I hope to see him on the water or at a boat show sometime. Its a work of art that I would love to see in person!
