four winns fling getting hot and no power

i have a 94 four winns fling i bought from an owner who hasnt had it on the water for 3 yrs and said it ran great when it was park i put it on the water and the boat ran about 4 mph at full rpms and was getting hot.
Is this and impeller problem or is it something else and if its the impeller where can i find on i hear they are not made anymore and run around 600 dollars

All we know is that you have '94 four winns fling. It would help to know if you had an outboard or an I/O and what the engine is and if an I/O what outdrive you have.

the four winns is an i/o with a 90 horse turbo jet i have not looked to see what the out drive is i really dont know much about this type of boat but if you need more info i will be more thatn happy to look
