I am looking at a 1994 Four Winns Freedom 170 with a 90 hp Johnson that is in great condition... the only problem is that the plywood floor is rotting around the deck lockers. Does anyone have any recommendations as to whether or not this is a project I can do on my own? Also, are the stringers fiberglass or wood? I am assuming that the entire deck needs to be replaced...
The asking price is $4500... With everything I will have to do to it, what should I (or shouldn't I) be paying for it? Thanks!
