First off, I would like to thank those of you who tried to help me when I inquired about this boat in the past. Your input was appreciated.
Since that last thread I have come in contact with someone who worked at Four Winns for 20 years in the product development department. He informed me that the boat I was asking about was a 1995 Four Winns 190 Horizon with a 216hp Ford 5.0 and a Jet drive. Apparently they are very rare and are not even listed in the past model specifications on Four Winns website.
After some searching I found one for sale in Ohio. here are some pics for anyone is interested.
