22 foot four winns 260HP volvo-penta. The power steering fluid is full and the belt is tight. Power steering does not seem to be working. What should I check? Are there any adjustments to make? Thanks!
ski, Usually there is a power steering cooler (heat exchanger) that is connected after the pump.One of the hoses runs from the pump to it you may want to check it for restrictions.
