Fourwinns Vista Boat Ladder

I was hoping that someone out there might know who manufactures the ladders on the Fourwinns 258 Vista, 1996. I can get a replacement ladder from a Fourwinns dealer but all I need is one right side mounting bracket. Mine is cracked at the ladders pivot point. I could just have it welded but the vinyl coating will melt. I haven't looked to see what metal it is but I'm assuming it stainless under the vinyl. The replacement ladder will run around $450 with taxes and shipping. Just trying to save a buck when all I need is one part. I have googled boat ladders and looked at all the ladders available for aftermarket and then looked up those manufactures and I haven't found who makes it yet.

that's because it is a 4 winns design, sure it is made by some manufacturer, but they are not allowed to sell it on the open market. either bit the bullet of replace it with an aftermarket that will work.
