I responded to your question about position of the mark on the throttle cam, but really, that is the type of thing that should be addressed on the forum so others may benefit and comment.
As I told you, the position of the mark will almost always never be at the roller at final adjusted idle. Setting it to point at the roller is simply a way of knowing where the cam is when the butterfly is fully closed.
