Free boat resto project need input

Hey all, my buddy and i just acquired a free boat from his manager and out first step is 2 restore the floor since it has some serious water damage to the wood. This is our first boat and we are new to the whole boating scene. The boat is a 15 foot Gypsy but im unsure of the year. We've never done a boat resto but ive done some house work remolding so i figured id spearhead the project since i have an idea of how we might do it. Ive attached some pictures of the damage. Im hoping we can get help in the right way to this.

that is going to be a good start. keep the project goals small so you can see the results. 1st get all the old bad floor out. circular saw set shallow, so you don't cut thru. angle grinder, shop vac.. get the foam out. inspect the stringer, and replace needed. check the transom, as i suspect it's gone also. you may have to remove the cap. there are several hundred threads, here to give you all the info you need. use the search function at the top of the page. also it's a partnership. you both have to agree on the steps. and material. get it to a stable, safe boat. then you can add the cosmetics. remember it's a
