Free long distance to Mexico?

I was thinking Skype or Magic Jack? How about using my cell phone? What is the best/most inexpensive service? Thanks

If you do not need to actually call a number, then Skype has been very good for me . . . If both computers and connections are fast, then it is pretty cool for free. If you actually want to call a number, then I am sure there are a lot of options, also including Skype.
