Free motors Today!!

I was out driving this morning and stopped at a neighbors about 3 miles away, picked up 2 outboards, 2 pushmowers and a rototiller for free! Anyway the motors are Johnson 9.5 ser: 9R 71R model:C15201<br />and an old Westbend ser:287 model:150202, now can anybody tell me what years these motors are? I am that excited, cause both will run when put away.<br />TIA<br />Larry

That's a 1971 model. JB posted a real good review on "awakening" here: web page <br /><br />It's good reading and an excellent checklist for you.<br /><br />You will find lots of information at the red "search" button at the top of this page. Just type in "1971 9.5" and hit search.
