its 12 30 am out side the local watering hole....
the cops drive thru the parking lot ...makin their rounds....
they see a guy kick open the door of the bar...stagger to the hand rail...two steps later...he does a face plant over the rail and falls into the flower bed five steps down
the cops pull in and park...just to see what happens....
this guy crawls into the parking lot...over to a jeep ..pulls himself up by the bumper....and trys his keys in the door.....the keys dont work...so he trys another car.....beside the cops..!!! drops the keys and trys again !!!
the cops just sit there in disbelief...the guy tries 10 cars before he finally gets one that opens......he falls in the door face down on the seat and lays there with the door open and his feet hanging out.
its now 1 am and he finally manages to sit upright in the car ...he closes the door and turns on the windsheild wipers.....the cops are just waiting....
another while goes by and the guys headlights come on ...his brakelights come on...and he falls over in his seat!!!
after an hour of signal lights goin on/off..headlights...4 ways...
its 2 am...the parking lot is empty...just the guy and the cops....
all of a sudden the guy snaps on his headlights. starts the car and drives outta the parking lot...!!!!!
the cops get on his tail and hit the lights and siren,,,the guy pulls over...
the cops walk up and ask the guy if he's had any thing to drink...the guy says 1 beer an hour and a half ago......
the cops pull out the breathalizer and say blow...he does..........
nuthin..!!!! 0 zip zilch...the cop says this thing must be broken...the guy says no officer ...its not...im tonights degisnated decoy...
