From a roller trailer to blocks - How To?

I want to antifowl my bottom this year. What's the proper proceedure to get her on blocks from the trailer? I've put the boat and trailer on blocks for storage but never just the boat. <br /><br />Or, is this something I should just foot the bill for and bring to the marine yard and have them do it?<br /><br />Thoughts and suggestions greatly appreciated.<br /><br />Jeff
