Frost plug number

I have a 6hp Johnson Seahorse. No ID tag or sticker. The frost plus number is J3729885. Can someone Tell me the year?

I tried to upload some pictures and they all exceed the size so I will try to take a couple more. I appreciate the info. I was given an old registration stating the boat has a 1973 25hp Johnson and it has Johnson 6hp Seahorse on the top cover,. I wonder if the county clerk's or the other owners were off that day.

Outboard motors get swapped all the time. Probably several times over the last 44 years. Does anybody tell your county clerk?
