Fuel bulb collapse's

2000 90 Johnson . Runs a few minutes and quits. Tank is vented . Fuel bulb is collapsed , wait a while after disconnection hose on bulb ,pump backup , runs a few minutes , quits again . I think tank has trash in it . What do you think? Also put on a new bulb, no change.

Portable or built-in tank?

Take the fuel fill cap off when it quits, Does it "whoosh" and the bulb unflatten?

Does it have an anti-siphon valve at the tank?

Built in alum.tank , has no anti siphon valve , also no vacuum or pressure in tank , bulb has trash , must be a dirty tank .
