Fuel Bulb wont get hard....

Hey guys i got a 92 merc 90hp and i had it totally rebuilt this year at a dealership and the now the fuel bulb won't get hard.I replaced the bulb but didn't seem to help.Im gona check for cracked hose or bad clamp but was wondering what might cause this all of a sudden....thxs

Sounds like you have an air leak somewhere. You replaced the bulb, but did you replace your lines also? I'd start at the tank, check your clamps and fitting and move up the line to the bulb. Your not dumping gas out anywhare are you?
