Fuel coming from carb

I have a 1971 55HP chrysler. with the engine running. On the starboard side, If you picture center of fuel bowl, go straight up to top of carb, facing starboard there is a small hole. With engine running fuel bubbles out of this small hole. How do I fix this?

Or clean it it sound like the needle valve is not closing clean it and clean the seat and see if this work if not you need a new one
