I have a 1998 Mariner Optimax 150 hp. I got the boat last year. I have a strong gas smell and see a large sheen of fuel on the water. I have read that if not winterized correctly the fuel cooler will freeze and cause gas to leak into the exhaust water. I see a bulge in the fuel cooler. Is this my problem?
