i had my boat out today. its a 1991 mercruy 2.5l v200. i had some fuel cleaner in it that i had never tried before, and all seemed to be working well. but on the last run, it all of a sudden bogged out and would not start again. i know my plugs fouled but i was wondering if there was a way to test the fuel pump on these engines, and where it is so i can perform the test. hope that it was just fouled plugs, but i repaced them last week and they only had maybe 8 to 10 hours on them, so why would they foul that quickly.
