It looks like a simple screen filter. My guess is it gets cleaned with gas and isn't a changeable filter? Is there ever a need to change those? I'm looking at the small plastic bowl that screws over it and its real old and yellow looking. Is there ever a real reason to change that except to have a shiny new one? I just loaded up my carbs with ethanol tainted foulness and now I'm going to be doing a complete fuel cleaning. I want to cover all the bases.

depends on the 200. seems they made them for many years and many configurations.
